Carnew Im A Good Un

He was purchased at Dungannon Premier sale 2008 for 2800 gns. He was placed second in the January ram lamb class. He was also 3rd prize ram lamb at Balmoral show. We chose him for his style, length and tremendous head.

He is sired by Loaningfoot Highlander which was champion at Lanark premier sale in 2007, his sire is Foulrice Gladiator which sold for 5600 gns. His dam is sired by the famous Foulrice Danny Boy, who in turn is sired by Westonvale Jubilee. He sires well carcased sheep with great power through their heads and with very correct legs and feet, he is a breeder of style.

Riverdale Govenor

We purchased this ram as are first stock ram from Sharon and Norman McMordie. We were instantly amazed about how much muscle he had, with power and scale. He is now a 2 shear and was second prize senior ram at Saintfield show. He was also the second place stock ram in the Northern Ireland flock competition last year.

He is tremendously well bred being out of Foulrice Firebrand and out of a Foulrice Dynamite mother. He goes back to the famous Westonavale Jubilee on both sides. He breeds lambs with some of the best ends i've ever seen which are also very smart. He has an index of 320 and an actual muscle depth scan of 38mm. Sire of a similar type to himself being very wide over the backs with tremendous ends. Sire of this years show ewe lamb.

He is sired by the renowned Rutland Ensign who in turn is by Foulrice Chieftan. He is a tremendously tall and lenghty ram with great power across his front and a perfect ram head. He is backed up by excellent figures with an index of 401 and a growth rate ebv of 14.6. He has already sired lambs to 800gns. He is a breeder of stylish females with greats width over their backs. We had some tremendous lambs sired by him last year including a tremendous ewe lamb out of a foulrie dynamite ewe.

He is owned by Robert Gregory who purchased him privately from Andrew and Jan Walton. This high index ram had a major impact on me from first appearance. He is very correct and is breeding stylish well fleshed offspring with very tight skins.He is a son of the Sire Reference Scheme ram COLD HARBOUR FAMOUS GROUSE ZXW 5019. Heremes is a sire of great ewe lambs and ram lambs in Robert Gregorys edstaston flock. The sire of the lamb sold to Drew and Stephen cowan at the Dungannon Premier sale and also sire of great females with real power through their heads.
